Onida Area Development Corporation

 

 

 

The Onida Area Development Corporation (OADC) is a non-profit corporation

committed to the sustainability of Sully County through business expansion/retention,

town beautification, historical preservation and cultural enhancement.

A ten-acre industrial park with sewer and water is available for prospective businesses.

Business Expansion and Retention:   The OADC has a Revolving Loan Fund available for anyone who is interested in building or expanding a business in Sully County.  A Revolving Loan Fund board reviews applications and business plans on an on-call basis.

     Don't forget South Dakota has no corporate income tax and all personal property and business inventories are exempt from property tax.  There is NO personal income tax in South Dakota.  Check out the Governor's Office of Economic Development for more information on South Dakota's business climate.

     There are funds available from the Oahe Electric -  through a revolving loan fund from East River Electric. This fund is available to anyone who is planning on building or expanding a business in Sully County as well as for community facilities.  Low interest loans are available for qualified applicants- a participation with a bank is needed.  Contact Oahe Electric for more information.
